What's It All About Then?
Keynsham as a community is very well-served by a wide variety of groups
and organisations, some statutory, many voluntary.
It would be served better still if it was easier to see just what was
available and make contact with the people who work so hard to make
Keynsham a nicer place to live and work.
What this site aims to do is provide a way for as many of those groups and
organisations as possible to let you know what they do, and how to get in
touch with them.
Several have their own websites already, where these exist, they will be
linked to as they're discovered.
How Do I get A Mention On This Site?
It's simple... just
contact the webmaster!
If you provide any service in Keynsham that's free (or nearly so) at the
point of delivery, then there is no compulsory charge for an entry on this
site... it doesn't matter if you're a big organisation or just a handful
of people who meet in somebody's back room... if you want people to know
about you, this is one way to do it. You might be looking for new members,
other teams to compete with, or just want people to know about what you're
doing... that's all fine.
Are There Any Rules?
Free entries are not normally offered to 'commercial' organisations,
unless they relate only to 'non-commercial' community initiatives they are
involved in. Entries will never be carried for any political party, or any
group or individual linked however tenuously to criminal activity.
